Walk & Talk

If you’re finding things difficult and would like to spend time with others in a supportive, understanding environment, this group may be for you.

Join us for gentle walks and relaxed conversations that encourage connection, reflection, and a sense of calm. Each session offers an opportunity to share as much or as little as you wish — there’s no pressure, just a friendly space to move, talk, and be.

These sessions are facilitated by a qualified counsellor, who will guide and support the group in a compassionate, non-judgemental way. Suitable for ages 18+ All walks are suitable for beginners and covers around 3-4 KM This is a free event however, donations will be greatly appreciated.

The Sunnywood Project is an award winning non-profit organisation offering a wide range of youth programmes and community activities which all aim to utilise the outdoors to enrich people’s lives.

Proceeds from many of our events help us continue this important work.
