About the Event
Silent Disco Hike Adventure at Rivington Terraced Gardens!
Join us for a Sunnywood Silent Disco Hike Adventure at Rivington Terraced Gardens - a breathtaking blend of winding paths, stunning stone structures, woodland terraces and peaceful lakes that feels straight out of a storybook.
Originally created in the early 1900s by renowned landscape designer Thomas Mawson for Lord Leverhulme, these iconic gardens feature enchanting follies like the Pigeon Tower, Seven Arch Bridge, lakes and historic ruins that set the stage for an unforgettable night of music, movement and discovery.
As twilight bathes the hillside in golden light, lace up your hiking boots and get ready to wander through terraces alive with atmosphere. Glowsticks in hand and headphones on, you’ll be part of a moving celebration where nature, history, and nightlife collide under the open sky.
On arrival, you’ll receive your Silent Disco headset, complete with:
Three music channels: switch between dance hits, rock classic, and sing-along favourites
Illuminated earphones: Red, Green, or Blue so you can spot fellow dancers on your channel
Personal volume control
Feel the beat echo between ancient stone steps and leafy trails. Dance by woodland streams, groove beside serene lakes and take in the breath-taking vistas across Lancashire.
⚠️ Spaces are strictly limited due to headset availability and to ensure everyone can enjoy this unique, uplifting experience.
