Join us at Burrs Country Park for a high-energy Morning Sunrise Silent Disco 5K Run where music, movement and a 7am start become the ultimate outdoor party atmosphere!

START YOUR DAY WITH A 5K RAVE!

Forget sleepy mornings, this is your chance to kick off the day with glowing headphones, pumping tunes, neon glowsticks and a crowd of feel-good runners all moving to the beat together before the sun even rises.

Blending community, connection and pure party vibes, this event transforms an ordinary early-morning run into a sunrise celebration packed with energy, laughter and non-stop motivation.

Powered by your own personal high-energy soundtrack through glowing wireless headphones, there’s simply no better way to start your Friday morning than running, dancing and raving your way through Burrs Country Park with an amazing crowd beside you.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Distance: 

5km.

Meeting Point:

Showground, Burrs Country Park (next to the Brown Cow pub).

Start time for this wave is 7am prompt. Please allow enough time to get to the meeting point to be allocated your headset and a quick briefing – we are unable to wait for you.

Look out for The Sunnywood Project flag or van, and our team wearing hi-viz.

Car parking is available and free within Burrs Country Park however, we encourage car-sharing where possible for the sake of the local community and the environment.

What to bring:

• Bright clothing - you may wish to embellish further with glowsticks and neon facepaint. 

• Headtorch

• Ensure you are dressed for the forecast weather for the event and are wearing suitable running shoes

• Please ensure you bring a waterproof just in case!

• A drink

• Fully charged phone (to take lots of photos!

Misuse: 

Upon booking, you will be asked to agree to pay a £30 charge if a headset is damaged through deliberate misuse.
