About the Event

Echoes and Imprints of Burrs Country Park through the seasons.

Through walking, mark-making, and togetherness, we will explore the landscape of Burrs Country Park, searching for half remembered pasts, parallel presents, and possible futures.

By using various mark-making techniques and approaching the landscape with an explorative and investigative outlook, the aim is to make deep and meaningful connections with the land. Together, we can reflect more closely on the echoes and imprints left behind by past uses of the park, how this can be interpreted within our present, and how this may influence possible futures.

Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, no previous artistic experience is required, and all necessary materials will be available.

Dress for muddy trails.

Funded by the National Lottery's Heritage Fund, this event is free to access - however, please only reserve a ticket if you intend to participate.

Should you want to help support The Sunnywood Project's work by making a voluntary contribution, the suggested donation is £5.

Limited to 12 participants.
