Join us at Burrs Country Park for a high-energy, early-morning, Silent Disco 5K Run where music, movement and a 6am start is a joy to jump out of bed for!

START YOUR DAY WITH A 5K RAVE!

Combining community, connection and feel-good energy, this event transforms an ordinary early-morning run into an uplifting outdoor party - what better way to start your day!

Powered by your own personal soundtrack through the glowing wireless headphones and glowtsticks, there is no better way to start your Friday morning.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Distance: 

5km.

Meeting Point:

Showground, Burrs Country Park (next to the Brown Cow pub).

Start time is 6am prompt. Please allow enough time to get to the meeting point to be allocated your headset and a quick briefing – we are unable to wait for you.

Look out for The Sunnywood Project flag or van, and our team wearing hi-viz.

Car parking is available and free within Burrs Country Park however, we encourage car-sharing where possible for the sake of the local community and the environment.

What to bring:

• Bright clothing - you may wish to embellish further with glowsticks and neon facepaint. 

• Headtorch

• Ensure you are dressed for the forecast weather for the event and are wearing suitable running shoes

• Please ensure you bring a waterproof just in case!

• A drink

• Fully charged phone (to take lots of photos!)

Misuse: 

Upon booking, you will be asked to agree to pay a £30 charge if a headset is damaged through deliberate misuse.
